We count everything at Serenity, and use the most sophisticated counting equipment available.
The scale is a Setra Model 2000C, which is accurate up to .0001. Utilized also by NASA, this model is the most sophisticated, high tech weighing device in our industry.
For tape and reel, we use the CC-15, which is produced by Grip Technologies and the “Gold Count” produced by Automated Production Incorporated. These electronic component counters handle all axial, radial and SMD's. It is currently the most sophisticated counter in the industry.
For all moisture sensitive products Serenity has the latest vacuum sealer produced by Accu-Seal 35.
